The Lamu Society was formed in 1973 to encourage the preservation, restoration, and development of the historic old town of Lamu in Kenya. Coconut rice, several pilaus, curry of aubergines, cassava, green bananas, Lamu spinach, honeycomb bread, grilled fish, etc. Very good.
